Nice instrument, I repaired one of those a few months ago, you should have a look at the inside, it's amazing ! Full of tubes and prehistoric electronics and mechanics.
It sounds very hot, you can feel the high voltage inside =)
They DO smell nice, too.

Yes!!!! Future Music will have a new shop open soon!!! When the shop was there on Sunset, they had an ARP Odyssey w/ a double "console"!! Oh my.

Back again!
After leaving the Sunset Blvd. location I've had some time to think... so I sold equipment online and found it a bit uninvolved and self indulgent; I started to look around for directions. I thought if I found a spot near my home, you know, walking distance, I might jump at it. After checking several possible spaces I found a great one. 5112 York Blvd. Los Angeles 90042. Soon 1800 sq. ft of floor space and repairs will serve the East side of Los Angeles.
Things will be a bit different from the old store. Expect accessories, strings and pedals. Guitar and equipment repair in house. New product review. Live performance space. So much more. The usual mix of guitars, effects, pro-audio, keyboards, drums, and all musical equipment of interest pre-1983. I look forward to old friends and new faces.
